The pinata cookies! These are my simplified version of the multicoloured donkey pinata cookies, just basic sugar cookie shapes filled with hundreds & thousands. For extra colour I made a batch of cookie paint and let my brother and his girlfriend paint brightly coloured patterns on them prior to baking. There will hopefully be some posts coming up with my go-to sugar cookie recipe and a quick how-to for the cookie paint, but for now I just wanted to show off.
